Three exceptional companies are joining this January session with unique and original collections, ideally suited to the intimates market.
A certified ‘Living Heritage Company’, Bugis will unveil its brand new Eco-Responsible Fashion Collection, consisting of natural, organic and/or recycled knits, featuring plant-based dyes. Set up in 1956 and directed by Bruno Nahan, the company uses 86 circular knitting machines to produce an extensive range of knits and gauges (jersey, terry, fleece, piqué, mini-jacquard, interlock, rib, double-sided, quilted, etc.). It also operates 10 flat knitting machines. Bugis stands out from competitors thanks to its knowhow and high-quality materials. At once natural and comfortable, these include cotton, organic cotton, linen, hemp, wool and silk, modal and Micromodal®, Tencel® and bamboo. The company has established a reputation for its refined blends (cotton & silk, cotton & wool, etc.), combinations of natural and cellulose fibres, and its raised and textured knits.
Also a certified ‘Living Heritage Company’, Maison Lévêque is keen to impress customers with its expertise in a variety of embroidery techniques, including a number of exceptional and unique procedures, such as “sequin” embroidery: guipure, soutache, laser-cutting and metallic embroidery, etc. Working with big names such as Aubade and Van de Velde, Christian Dior and Chanel, the family firm is preparing to unveil its brand new ‘Lingerie’ collection, created specially by its in-house design team. 200 embroidery designs are divided into 3 themes: Luxuriant, Porcelaine and Memory. Very flexible, Maison Lévêque welcomes client collaboration for bespoke developments and is equally happy working on small-scale (one piece/machine) and large-scale production.
Producing 800 new designs each year, Broderies Leveaux caters for a market that is ever on the lookout for new products and innovation. Creativity is therefore a key priority. Set up in 1937, this impressive family firm boasts state-of-the-art machines. Closely monitored and fully integrated production is based in the Hauts-de-France region. Key strengths include: reactivity, with a 3-day turnaround for samples, high-quality customer service and no minimum order quantities. Extremely vigilant in sourcing raw materials (mainly in France and Switzerland), Broderies Leveaux is recognized for its high-quality range of comfortable embroidery, guaranteed to offer added-value.
