Satab has Oeko-Tex and ISO 9001 certifications, and boasts fully integrated production, from yarn preparation (warping); responsible manufacturing (weaving, braiding, and knitting); enhancement processes (dyeing and printing); and finishing (rolling, bonding, and coating); to cutting and making up.
Production capacity is 5 million metres/week, and the company manages a stock of over 40,000 products. The 23,000 m2 French manufacturing facilities are equipped with 300 modern needle looms and 100 wooden shuttle looms. The company also includes a state-of-the-art innovation lab dedicated to “texturgie” (connecting textiles and new technologies); an R&D department; and an integrated marketing service to answer customers’ individual needs.
Satab employs over 350 people in six divisions: Fashion, Packaging, Home, Consumer, Industry, and Health. Its top-end products are distributed worldwide through an international sales network comprising nine showrooms in Paris, Milan, Barcelona, Munich, Istanbul, Tunis, New York, Hong Kong, and Moscow. The company is known for its outstanding logistics service which sends 400 deliveries out daily to 72 countries.
