Salamtex has an ever-expanding product range of niche textiles serving the intimate apparel industry. The knitting factory along with its own dye house has world-class capabilities of draughting, designing, warping, knitting, dyeing, finishing, shearing, carbon fishing, scalloping and packing.
With two production sites – 8,000m2 and 15,000m2 – the company utilizes cutting-edge technology with more than 80 machines for manufacturing lace and fabrics.
Salamtex has ventured into a variety of fields and established its first dye-house specialized in the dyeing of lightweight, elastic and technical synthetic fabrics, with a capacity of 120 tons/month. Moreover, it has its own quality, dye lab, and microbiological lab to comply with international standards. Salamtex offers a range of technical finishes: sueding, water repellency, moisture management, windproofing, glitter, flocking, etc. with focus on providing the highest levels of quality control. Salamtex is certified for the ISO 9001:2000, EMS 12001:2004 and the OHSAS 18001:2007. Their products are Oeko-Tex certified (Standard 100, Class II).
Salamtex exports 50% of its output to over 15 countries and employs 500 over persons.
