A family firm set up in 2010, Golden Horizon specializes in producing plain and printed knit fabrics. The company sells over 30 million yards per year and generates a turnover of $US73 million.
It has three production facilities for knitting, dyeing, and printing which are equipped with 200 knitting machines, 40 dyeing machines, three digital printing machines, and Three screen printing machines. The firm employs 500 people and has a storage capacity of 4 million yards per month.
Golden Horizon is very active in the swimwear market where it does 45 percent of its business with Highclo® spandex (Creora) products. Additionally, 35 percent of its production is for the lingerie and underwear markets, while the shapewear market accounts for 20 percent of the firm’s activity. The Oeko-Tex 100 and ISO 9001 certified company is focused on client service with rapid deliveries and competitive prices.
The company exports 60 percent of its output to the United States, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Golden Horizon’s portfolio includes major chains like Carrefour, Next, and Etam, as well as brands such as Triumph.
